Section 1: Order Finality & Modification

Upon receiving your order, we initiate the printing process within a 24-hour window. Consequently, all sales are considered final once they pass this stage and no refund or return will be issued afterwards. If you encounter any issue or require modifications to your order (such as changing the color or size of your selected item), we kindly request that you reach out to us immediately and within this 24-hour timeframe. Our dedicated customer service team will assist in making any necessary amendments to your order to rectify purchasing errors.

Section 2: Company Errors & Remediation

If an error occurs on our part, such as shipping an incorrect color or size, or in the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we are committed to resolving these issues promptly. In these instances, we will work to remedy the situation to your satisfaction at no additional cost to you. If there is an issue with the product you received, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the order.
