Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide to the destinations available at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–7 business days in the United States, 2–10 business days in Europe, and 7–20 business days for other international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Where can I find tracking information?

We will email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Multiple items may be fulfilled separately and arrive in different packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email dippytees69@gmail.com as soon as possible. Printing begins within 24 hours, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after that point.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because each item is made for your order, all sales are final once printing has started. If an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Is ordering from Dippy Tees secure?

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify and payments are processed through secure payment providers. Dippy Tees does not receive or store your full card details.
