Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide to the destinations available at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–7 business days in the United States, 2–10 business days in Europe, and 7–20 business days for other international destinations. Some premium and special-line items take longer; use the delivery estimates in that item's Shipping section. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Where can I find tracking information?

We will email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Multiple items may be fulfilled separately and arrive in different packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email dippytees69@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering. We’ll try to help, but changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once production starts. Your statutory return rights are unaffected.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, send your order number and photos to dippytees69@gmail.com. We’ll help sort out a replacement or refund.

Is ordering from Dippy Tees secure?

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify and payments are processed through secure payment providers. Dippy Tees does not receive or store your full card details.
